- 2 sdm minyak goreng.
- 2 sdm margarine/samin.
- 50 ml air.
- Bahan 2:.
- 500 gr basmati cuci 2 kali rendam 15 menit dengan ½ sdt garam (saya kehabisan beras basmati jadi pakai beras biasa yang tidak terlalu pulen).
- Bahan 3 (dihaluskan):.
- 4 siung bawang putih.
- 1/4 buah bawang bombai.
- 2 cm jahe.
- 1/4 buah pala.
- 1 sdt garam masala bubuk.
- Bahan 4:.
- 4 sdm minyak.
- 1/2 sdt Merica Bubuk.
- 2 sdm margarin/samin.
- 400 ml santan encer/air susu.
- 1 sdt garam.
- 50 g kismis di rendam 15 menit dengan air hangat tiriskan.
- 100 g kenari sangrai sesaat (saya tidak pakai).
- 2 sdm bawang goreng.
- 30 gr daun ketumbar.
